Getting older is inevitable. Getting weaker doesn't have to be.

Fit Old Dog began after I discovered CrossFit and experienced firsthand how strength training could change the way I looked at aging. I became healthier, stronger, and more convinced than ever that the best years weren't behind me.

Dogs have always been part of that story. They've gotten me outside on the days I didn't feel like moving, celebrated every adventure, and reminded me that life is meant to be lived with enthusiasm.

Fit Old Dog is for people who believe in living well, staying strong, and making the most of every year with the people and dogs they love.
